Never wanted him in the first place.
Re: Let the captain go down with his ship.
Alex, you are fighting a losing argument.
I was never a fan of Wes, but his offensive and defensive numbers show him to be significantly better than Buddinger, who we signed to a 3yr/15mil deal coming off a knee injury. Wes is playing for peanuts.
Dwill would rate as the third most efficient player on the wolves right now if you look at his Sac stats.
We can dance around all we want, but trading a 22 year old with some upside for a 27 old year old that has never shown a glimpse of offensive ability was nothing short of moronic.
My conclusion is that Adelman simply doesn't want to have to coach players. He wants to come up with a game plan and sit and watch the game.

He sounds really annoyed whenever he is asked a question about developing players. I just don't think it registers on his list of responsibilities. Well that and teaching D.

Chase, even in an injured year is shooting 39% from 3 compared to Wes 37% (by far a career high BTW). defensively, wes was always overrated because he was such a bad offensive player, that people thought he was good on D. Not the case. Chase is much better even injured.
Dwill is shooting 43% from the field and a god awful 23% from 3. Gets 4 boards for a PF and of course, has just 37 assists in 53 games! I don't even know how thats possible

To be fair someone post the stats of LRMAM, Alexi Shved, Robbie Hummel, and the guy playing in college who will become a Phoenix Sun. Of course if we drafted that guy ourselves, he wouldn't get developed and eventually be shipped off with another first round pick for nothing.

Never fails to make me laugh...and cry a little. Jim Pete's chuckling "my goodness" is priceless.

Chase has a TS% of .479, compared to Wes' .533, and there is no comparison defensively between the two. IT doesn't matter what Chase did prior to this year. We signed him to a new contract in the off season. Although Wes' career 3pt% is a whopping 1.5 % less than Bud's.
Dwill has a TS% of .549 since joining the kings, and Dwill is a SF in Sac. He is averaging 4.6 rebs in Sac compared to under 3/game for either Bud or Cory. His assist total is similar to Bud's as well.

I didn't mind Flip signing BUD, PEK, and KMart. Now they are all hurt or not 100 percent. So, if they were all healthy all season, would Flip have done a good job?

Papa, i dont think we can look at it that way. Thats like asking, (had love not been hurt last year and we dont have the number of injuries, would we have make the playoffs? Had rubio not tore his acl in the lockout season would we have made the playoffs? If so, then wpuld you consider kahn doing a good job?)
Bottom line, we are not a playoff team this year and dont look to be one in the future with the current team. Flip used up the assets he inherited and spend the money. We dont have much to offer now and we are not where we wanted to be. Its on flip to get creative and turn this thing around, its only fair to criticize him on the failures as well.
