ESPN Forum Is No More - May It Rest In Peace
Let us all observe a moment of silence for our dear departed ESPN Board. She served us well for many years. May she rest in peace. OK , mourning period over. We have a new partner named enjin. ESPN who?

I can honestly say that the TWolves board at ESPN was the best board I have ever participated in. Glad to see so many of the good people from that board have made their way here. Let's keep the good vibe going.

You are SO fickle, Lipoli...can you really move on that quickly.
Seriously, I have been a sports message board reader for many years, and I have never seen the level of discussion that the ESPN Wolves board had. And it is clearly continuing here. Hats off to JDvikes for his excellent work!

I can't express how happy I am that most of us have seemed to have made the move to a central location. I really love the info and even the good back and forth a lot of us have on things that aren't agreed upon. That is what truly makes a good board imo.

I'll join Longstrange in taking my hat off to jvikes. I really like the reliability of this site. And I'm glad we've found a place to put the band back together.

Think they just officially died. They just sit there at loading circles now for me. Strange that they still have a link to the forums up, idk why they wouldn't have removed the links to them, making it a lot cleaner and seamless.
EDIT: Lol they must be in some transition atm, sometimes they load but not the posts just a tease of what was once there...And now back again 0.o

Amid the cesspool of the ESPN message boards, I was shocked to find the Wolves board. Sure, some of you guys are unrealistic rubes, but almost every one of you brought legit discussion points and respect and basketball passion to the forum.
I always dug that. It was much needed.
I look forward to continuing it here. The one change will seem to be instead of trying to temper expectations from 24 or 30 wins... I'll probably be the one tempering expectations around 45 - 50 wins.
That's a very good thing.

Thank God. Just checked out ESPN's home page and the top headline is this: "Sources say Lakers targeting Lebron and Carmelo for 2014". Somebody just shoot me. I can't take anymore of this.
