I know it is just summer league but he is going off right now and he is scoring in all different types of ways.

He is the guy we should have taken IMO. I don't understand why we are so worried about height when Martin is a horrible defender despite his size. At least CJ would have been able to guard most of the smaller SG's and the defensive types.

I don't even want to hear this. I was sure we were going to take him at #9. Instead our division rival gets him courtesy of us.

One SL game. We will see. Ben Gordon lit it up on Offense for a while too but now he is a complete afterthought. Lets see how Shabazz and Dieng do as they are the two players we got instead of McCollum.

I didn't need a summer league performance to tell me Flip should have drafted McCollum. He's a great talent who is ready to help right away. Olshey is smarter than Flip and made another nice pick snagging McCollum after taking Lillard last summer.

Time will tell but I'm glad we went with Gorgi and Baz over CJ. The CJ route reminds of the time we took Randy Foye.

There is no comparison between Foye and CJ. Foye was a four year player that had all kinds of holes in his game. He didn't have a left hand, was a mediocre shooter, and not real bright.

Thats not what they said about him on draft night....everyone is a gem when they are drafted. Summer League games are not a good judge of anything. I can see CJ becoming a good bench player but he doesnt have the size to become our starting SG and carry a load this season. KMart was a better play and Gorgi/Baz a better combination.

It will be interesting to see how this plays out.

CJ >>>> Bazz and I don't see that ever changing. The question is how good can Gorgi be? CJ is not going to be the next Liliard or Curry, but will be a good bench player, I think Gorgi has a chance to be a bigger impact player long term.
