LST, Thanks for the update on AB. That sucks. You would think our equipment guy would be able to help with that.

It will be interesting to see this team with Rubio. I wonder what LaVines role will be when he gets back.

At this point I think we just have to sit out Bennett until he gets healthy. You could tell earlier this year he was dealing with a knee injury and that still may be affecting him. Now the blisters. Thad is back and Robbie can back up the four. Having Bennett tough it out through injuries all year is not going to do anything for his development and this season is lost anyway.

Back to the game. Budinger came out and was on fire. 8/12 for 19 points. I wonder if flip was holding him back to keep people interested in Brewer . I am thinking he will replace Shabazz as our bench fire power.

Cam, I am sure a conversation between Flip and Bud happened like below:

Flip - Bud can you do something for me.
Bud - sure anything coach
Flip - I know you got your game back and you are looking good in preseason.
Bud - Thanks coach I have been working very hard.
Flip - i need to play Brewer and Shabazz more then you.
Bud - Why coach?
Flip - Because Shabazz is ready and I am going to trade Brewer.
Bud - So what do you want me to do?
Flip - I need you to play like crap so the fans don't dog me about Brewer playing in front of you.
Bud - Aren't the fans going to dog you about playing Brewer in front of Shabazz?
Flip - Yes they are and I can handle that.
Bud - Well if that is what you need I can do it for the rest of the year, but come 2015 I am going into scoring machine mode.
Flip - Fair enough.

I think Budinger benefits most from the Brewer trade.
