Rookie of the Month

There has been a lot of Wiggins talk on this board, as there should be, and it's heartening to see how he has stepped up recently. Anyway, he was ROM for November and should be a lock for December also.

What a disappointment the heralded 2014 draft class has been! Mostly because of injury, they are on pace to contribute the fewest win shares for a draft class since 1958! Too bad, because there is clearly some talent here.

I think they can give Wiggins the ROY award right now. Can anybody suggest another rookie that can even come close to what he is doing?

Wiggins really has rebounded since Flip called him out. I think it helped not having Brewer on the team for him to lean on and now is watching Bazz go get his and show how hungry he is. It is going to be interesting how many Wolves are playing in the Rookie/Sophmore game this year. Wiggins/Bazz/Dieng have to be locks. Lavine has to have a chance too. I was really hoping AB would join the party, but he is going to need to step it up quickly.

Nikola Mirotic will get some votes mainly because he's contributing to the team with the best record, and he's been doing it all for them. We know how this will go, though. The rook with the best stats will win and that should be Wiggins.
