I don't think it's overly pessimistic to predict the Wolves lose the next three games...it's merely realistic, just like it was realistic to predict they would go 1-2 in their last 3-game set. Cam, it doesn't mean the guys picking 0-3 want the Wolves to lose...we're just saying that playing three good to very good teams either on their floor or a neutral floor without our best player doesn't sound very favorable. We lose so much on offense and defense with Ricky out. Cam, in which game of the next three do you think the Wolves will be favored? My guess is that they will be 10, 4 and 7 point dogs to Houston, NO, and Dallas, respectively, and if so, 0-3 is the most realistic prediction. You're predicting a Wolves' win because the Pelicans might overlook us...I would argue that young teams on the rise like NO are not likely to overlook a team like an elite team might. And the Pelicans just beat the Spurs in SA last night, so there's no denying they are an up and coming team.
I hope the Wolves can steal a win before coming home, but I can't ignore the fact that they are going to struggle without Ricky.
