Said everything last year for him was Iso and that Flip focuses on screens giving him more wide open looks. Interesting that Adelman was so familiar with Martins game and still thought he should be able to take his man one on one. I am already way happier with what Flip is doing with the offense. Couldn't be more thrilled about this team this year.

Also love what Flip said about positive reinforcement with the young players. I don't see Flip in a hurry just to yank someone out of the game without making it a teaching moment.

Martin has a little Kevin Love in him in that he sometimes lacks a filter with the media...just says whatever is on his mind. I kind of like it. I'm surprised that he gave a veiled criticism of Adelman's offensive strategy, though, because he has always been such an RA guy. Well, whatever Flip is doing with Martin seems to be working so far...on both sides of the ball. Personally, I think it has more to do with Kevin's effort than Flip's schemes...KM is working harder on defense and in the 4th quarter than we ever saw last year.
