mo-brew-bazz just doesnt click. No one to handle the ball, spread the floor and have decent playmaking skills besides mo. Bad combo

This is the Mo Williams that made Portland fans so frustrated last year. Kind of JJ-like tonight.

I cant blame him long. He is playing with brew and bazz on the wings. He is the only guy who can dribble and handle the ball. No shooters nor playmakers in there with him besides himself.

I don't know if I've ever said this about a guy who shot 1 for 5, but Pek really had a terrific half...his +14 is legit. He really played tough defense on Lopez, and rebounded well too. Plus a couple nice assists. I love Gorgui, but Pek is a better defensive matchup with Lopez. Flip is rotating his centers well too...only 14 minutes for Pek in the half.

We need to contain dwill in the 2nd half and do a better job at rebounding the ball.
Brew or bazz might have to sit in the 2nd half and lets roll with a 9man rotation in the 2nd half.

We need martin or rubio in there with the 2nd unit alongside mo. Playing mo with bazz and brew is bad as we dont have a secondary ball handler or shooter in there besides mo. Forcing mo to play jj ball.

Fair point, world. But Jim Peterson sounded a little frustrated with his play tonight too...at least, until he found Bennett for that thundering dunk!
