Had everyone stayed healthy or remained on the roster, he would have been second only to Kevin Durant. I'm getting extremely tired of the pissy Wolves fans who won't give Love the credit he deserves. Be a rational basketball fan for crying out loud. Recognize that there has never been a player like him. He's an efficient 20/12/4 every night, even in Cleveland this year. Until Anthony Davis stretches that jumper to the three-point line or seriously works on his post offense, he won't be better than Love. Irving's been more flash than substance his three years in the league.
Wow, I find this a very interesting article. I've always thought of Chris Bosh as a rather balanced and thoughtful guy...KLove, not so much. The similarity in the two is that both were big stat PF's who couldn't win with their teams, and left to join LeBron. I'm guessing that on balance Bosh is happy with getting his ring, but it's also interesting to hear how frustrated he was having to play in LBJ's shadow. If a guy like Bosh was "extremely frustrated", you wonder how a narcissist like Love is going to handle his new role...especially with Kyrie looking poised to step up and be a first-time all-star. I know it's wishful thinking on my spiteful part to want to see Love flip out in Cleveland no longer being "the man" and up until now I thought the possibility was remote, but Bosh's thoughts make me think the immature Kevin will make a few appearances this year. And unlike Bosh, KLove has never learned how to keep his mouth shut. I can't wait!

Yeah I thought the buffet thing was weird too and didn't make a lot of sense.
That aside Bosh brings up some good points but I'll say AGAIN Love's game is perfect with Lebron. Abe made a great point about Love is a junk player he can get points off boards and broken plays. In addition he is a fantasic shooter and/or and finisher EVERYWHERE on the court. Lebron drives and passes its gonna be better with Love on the end of those than Bosh no doubt. I've said it for over 3 years Love's game is some much better fit with Lebron than Bosh its not even close. I've given Bosh a ton of credit the last few months particularly for how he filled his role in Miami. He has no where near the skills of Love as a role player though.
Will Love be able to handle sharing the ball with Lebron and Kyrie? Um he SUFFERED sharing the frontcourt with guys FEATURED in the offense named Darko and Ryan Hollins. I think Love will be able to live with sharing the court with guys that are actually good. And don't kid yourself Bosh used to think he was a superstar and he really wasn't. Don't tell me his defense was much better when he went to Miami than Love's is right now. I remember reading Toronto fans said it was below average. Love's D will improve with Lebron also.
If I was a Cavs fan I might be more worried about Kyrie fitting in than Love. Love and Lebron have history via the Olympics not to mention Love scores many of his points in the flow of the offense. He really isn't a guy that likes to force up shots. Kyrie had a very successful run in the WC so that may be good for him for fitting in. Really Waiters is the guy you gotta wonder where that dude fits. If he can damn that team could be so scary on offense who gives a crap about defense...almost. Lol

I've said it before but I've hardly seen the guy play and if I did he wasn't a guy I was watching. Your idea actually makes a ton of sense to me and I was thinking about him in a role like that as I wrote that post. I'm not sure they have a SG to start (maybe I am forgetting someone) unless they roll with Lebron there with Marion starting at SF. I'd be happy to have these types of problems if I was the Cavs coach. :)
This isnt the first time Bosh went on record with how frustrated he was in the big 3 setup. That happened within their first season together. I think both sides of this Love debate speak some truths and the reality is, I believe, that this will be challenging for Love sometimes and his true character will eventually show through, whatever that may be.
