Standings
1. Spurs
2. Clippers
3. Thinder
4. Griz
5. Wolves
6. Rockets
7. GS
8. Nuggets

MVP: Durant- will average over 30 points for the season

Love will finish behind Durant and Lebron in the MVP voting

Wolves will beat the griz in 6 and lose to the spurs in 6

Rockets are the biggest disappointment

Champs are the thunder over the heat in 6

1) 44 - 38
2) 8th
3) Lose to Clippers in 5
4) Yes
5) No
6) Brewer
6A) Brewer
7) Pekovic. A lot of things have to go right with him. He struggles to stay on the court with injuries. He's struggled on the court when he's nursing injuries in the past. He just doesn't have the athleticism to make up the difference.
8) JJ Barea. He REMAINS the best player creating off the dribble. Sadly.
9) Yes. It's far too late to really matter too much though...
10) Milwaukee. They might sneak into the playoffs...
11) Pelicans. No, Wolves. No, Mavericks. No... Blazers. Any could make the playoffs. But I think the Wolves have the most upside potential of any of the 5 teams (add Denver) battling for those final 2 spots.
12) Oladipo. Out of lack of competition more than anything. But I do dig the kid. A lot.
13) Anthony Davis will be a monster.
14) Durant. His numbers will be absurd w/o Westbrook and as the PG eases back into it. Plus, people grow weary of picking the same guy every year.
15) Rockets
16) Heat
17) If the Heat get by Indiana or Chicago... they're winning it all. Those two teams might give them fits. It will be interesting to see if Miami plays to win that #1 seed over Chicago so they don't have to play Indiana AND Chicago.

Okay, since cool has started a wins prediction thread, I thought we should bump last year's thread...even though it makes us look like a bunch of stupid homers! Sjm was ostracized for being the board pessimist, but even he was too high with his wins prediction.

You would think I would learn my lesson, but I'm about to go over to cool's thread and post a win prediction way over Vegas' over/under. Oh well...
