I Love this Board

I've been posting or lurking here (meaning ESPN then here) for close to 20 years and I just want to say this board is fantastic. Sure everyonce in a while things get testy some people say some crazy stuff including myself but people get over it and don't hold some crazy grudge over long periods of time about something that was said. Its nice. I thought I would take a break from all the trade scenarios etc and say this is a great forum.

This is a very passionate board and a lot of great thoughts insights and sense of humor. Its been a rollarcoaster of an offseason and the Wolves technically haven't really done much. We stood pat in the draft and took a couple guys sold 2nd rounders etc. Lol Oh yeah and we hired a coach that was already hanging around the building. Of course there has been a lot of things we have wondered what may happen mostly Kevin Love and the coaching situation.

Its great to have an outlet to share in the fandom, excitement, frustractions, knowledge and in some cases great amusement. Hopefully we have some better times ahead. Ok back to Love for Wiggins trade scenarios...

Yep, please keep it all up guys. I'm a lurker from Australia. We just don't get the NBA coverage over here, so this board is my best source of insight for my tragic unconditional support for the Wolves.

I will be in Canada working for a year so definitely going to border hop to a few games at Target this season. Would be cool to meet up with a local.

I'm also going to Chicago for the NZ All Blacks vs USA Eagles rugby match on the 1st Nov, so if anyones in Chicago and wants to watch an awesome game of rugby let me know.

Monster, thanks for teeing up this thread. I couldn't agree more. This is a great board for high level discussion about the team we all suffer with, but still love. While I'm in exile here in LA, I feel a little detached from the Minnesota sports scene, so this is a great way for me to feel a little more connected.

And might I add this...your posts are a big part of the quality of this thread. Everyone brings a slightly different perspective, and I always enjoy your open mindedness and good-natured optimism. Keep it up!

Love it. I love Wolves basketball and it has been this place (incl. ESPN days) that has been my outlet for talking Wolves since '96. My wife does not get it but if I didn't have you (my Wolves buddies) I would have to talk Wolves to her so she should be grateful :lol:
