Going to be some nice internal competition between Lavine and Wiggins. Hopefully they can inspire each other to reach their potential.
I love the little club they use to jostle LaVine on his way to the hoop during those drills. That is absolutely nothing compared to what it's really going to be like.
I'd also love to see Pek in one of these settings:
Pek: "Add another 20 pounds!"
Trainer: "Uh, it really doesn't go any higher Nikola...."
Pek: "Oh well, I just use one leg then."
My guess is the little club thingy wouldn't be too effective on him either.....
Its amazing how serious athletes take their craft these days. I think the most impressive was the ball handling drills especially the one where he was going against 2 guys and I know they aren't trying to take the ball away from him, but he had a pretty good handle and the quickness of how he was moving the ball was um wow. Its a workout, but its impressive.
Yeah Q that club thing looks pathetic. Maybe its weighted more than what it looks like or something.
I watched the extended version of the dunk contest video that someone posted before. It boggles my mind how easy he makes those dunks look. Other guys can do them, but he'll put it down on the first try. Between the legs toss to a 360? Oh, no problem, let me bang that out. It's absurd.
