I don't see both Brewer and Martin being traded; perhaps just one of them.

The rumor is that they covet Waiters. Plus they have quite a few young bigs. If it had to be Waiters for Young and Martin goes to the Cavs I don't see the point in keeping Brewer. I'd rather keep LRMAM as the bench defender with his 1 year left over Brewer's 2.

That's right Grey. The thing that makes the Sixers a possible partner in a three-way is the fact that they covet Waiters. If they don't get Waiters, I see no reason for them to participate in the deal. Getting Thaddeus Young, Wiggins and two future first round picks while simultaneously getting rid of Corey's multi-year deal would be a great deal for the Wolves. Getting Bennett would be icing since, even if you have little faith in him, he has a ton of talent and could conceivably become very good.

Never will happen but works financially and makes sense (kind of)

http://espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=ljehhf3
MN in Wiggins Embiid Haywood (all the non guarantees from CLE) 1st MIA
MN out Love Brewer Dieng

CLE in Love Brewer
Out Bennett Wiggins Waiters Haywood Non guarantees MIA and MEM 1sts

PHI in Dieng Bennett Waiters MEM 1st
Out Embiid

Why MN does it
Get two best prospects in a long time plus a bunch of cap space

Why CLE does it
They'll have to up their anty now that CHI has put together a nice package

Why PHI does it
Embiid is a huge risk. He could never play a full season. They get more depth, they get a pick, mans they get a serviceable young big

I saw that a couple "insiders" tweeted that about Waiters, and it likely is true, but I doubt they'd turn down Bennett and an expiring for Young. Philly's in stockpile mode where they're trying to get as much young talent with potential as possible. They have Embiid on the bench recovering from his injury(s) and Saric's overseas for at least two more years. They could give Bennett significant playing time at the 3 and 4.

Brewer should be included in the Love trade over Martin. That's my opinion and it makes sense for both teams.

I like the Bulls package for Love. I think we will never win with a star here. It think we will have a balanced roster that if you keep it together will be a damn good force in a few years. It has shooters, passers, defenders, rebounders. It really wouldn't have any glaring holes.

So Wiggins still hasnt signed unless I missed it. Cleveland can help keep the Bulls at bay if they can keep Wiggins unsigned since McDermott and Mirotic are already signed. Im guessing they feel a 3rd team can be found and are focused on that end.

doh, you didn't actually save your trade machine & post that link. There sure are a ton of options involving these 3 teams.

Jon Krawczynski @APkrawczynski
But seriously, why is anyone worried about Kevin Love's status when you should all be focusing on @JoelEmbiid twitter feed?

JKraw would probably start doing back flips.

Curious...if you like/love the Bulls package, what is your vision for this team in 3-4 years? Because while it seems enticing on the surface, it basically locks in Minny as a 10 seed in the West for the next 5 seasons.

The Bulls package is interesting that's for sure. I'm not super high on Miroic but other people are so I'm not dismissing him either.

I wouldn't get your hopes up at all on getting Embiid. Philly is absolutely stocking the best assets with high potential they can get. Trading Embiid goes against that philosophy which if I was a Sixers fan I would actually be really excited about.
