Lebron signed a 2 year deal, he is in win now mode, I think this is great for the wolves.

Lebron signed the 2 year deal with an opt out after year 1 so that he can capitalize on the new salary cap with the new TV deal. He said he's committed to Cleveland long term. I believe he also mentioned finishing his career there.

Funny that LeBron signed a 2 year deal with a 1 year option, but it's not for the reason you guys are suggesting (win now). It's because he's expecting the new media deals to expand what a max contract can be. It's purely a money play for LeBron. He would be crucified if he tried to leave again in a year or two.

Did you both just happen to skip over Volans' comment? I was having deja vu for a few posts there.

I agree with all of your takes on his 2 year deal. Remember Durant is a free agent in 2 years as well...
I don't think he'll leave CLE to join Durant, but he may take a pay cut to have him join there?

I can't blame the Cavs for wanting to keep Wiggins and get Love. I don't see it happening though. Once the Cavs realize that too, I think they'll include Wiggins, it would be really foolish of them not to.

My thoughts as well. Would be a big time mistake for Cleveland not to do whatever it takes to pair up Love with Irving/James.

Melo going back to Knicks helps us right? Makes the Bulls desperate right?

Not with Gasol going to the Bulls...they don't really need Love now.

Cam's guy Berrios takes the mound in 2 hours, jester...I'm pumped!
