If they want an improvement there they're going to have to roll the dice on Waiters, Thompson, or Parsons. Otherwise it's just sit on their hands and pray that Muhammad or Lavine shoot up to stardom or that the ping pong balls are kind.

So picky when there's nothing in their cupboard.

I think the vast majority here is on the bandwagon of at least one of those three trade targets. Of course Waiters would also be coming with Wiggins so that makes a difference too.

Thank you Ricky for shooting holes in Waiters. He's an average player, but everyone on here is in love with him, plus you're right, he's an Orange, and we all know how that's worked out.

We missed our chance to get draft picks for Love or wasn't offered a good enough deal. GS seems to be overvaluing Klay Thompson. Keep Kevin Love one more year.

I'll admit... I fell in love with him after the rookie sophomore challenge when he and Tim Hardaway had that shoot out. But then again I was also a big fan of McCants and his Russell Westbrook attitude.

I'm still waiting for specific negatives and nobody has provided them. A second year player averaging 15.9 PPG under 30 MPG; averaged 19 PPG post All-Star break. I don't care what your personal opinion is, that's impressive. He improved or stayed consistent in almost every statistical category. The main problems for Waiters are Irving's ball dominance and the lack of consistent minutes last year. He's 22-years old and full of potential while also showing legitimate production. If his name was Bradley Beal or Klay Thompson, many of you would be ready to label him a future star.

I'm not "in love" with Waiters, but you'd be a fool to act like he doesn't have value or that you wouldn't want him in a trade. When did the Minnesota Timberwolves become too talent-rich to acquire a prospect like him? Oh, okay then.

I am worried about Waiters, but I would take him in a trade over Thompson or Bennett. I hear Bennett is in great shape this offseason. I would take him over Thompson too.

I think getting Wiggins/Waiter/Bennett would be huge for this team for Love.

It would certainly give Rubio some athletes to play with. The more I think about this. If I am Lebron I don't want to trade for Kevin Love. I would want this group to ball with.

That's a shame because Thompson is twice the player Bennett is on both sides of the floor, and Cleveland knows it. Wiggins and Thompson would be players I demanded right off the bat, then I'd push for Waiters.

If we take on Bennett instead of Thompson, I want a first round pick coming my way.

You'd rather play with three unknowns instead of a 25-year old All-NBA player? Do you understand how ridiculous that sounds?

Cam,

If I am Lebron. I am thinking I will make all of these guys better. It might seem odd, but Lebron might be looking at this as I don't want a big 3 and nothing else. I need a team. They have a team that can grow with me. I can take them where we need to go and they won't be burnout when we get there. It will be his best chance to win a ton of championships with this core then betting on Love.

My thoughts.

Ok boys, you're taking my comments a little too literally here. I'm just saying I'm not as impressed with Waiters as some on here. But I guess this team has to take a chance somewhere, be it CLE or GS or another.
