Yuck. 'Melo and LeBron seems like a poor match along with Kyrie. If I were Cleveland, I would prefer Love over 'Melo. Not only is he a better player, he is more likely to fit better with ball-dominant players like Kyrie and LeBron. Kyrie, LeBron, and 'Melo don't have enough basketballs to go around.

Hell yeah. Parker's who I would have drafted, but Wiggins has a very high ceiling in his own right. We're rolling the dice with LaVine. What's one more big gamble?
I think he has a high floor, but not sure how high his ceiling is. The truly great wings have very good handles and can make plays off the bounce. Wiggins doesn't have that in his game.

My guess is that now that the LeBron domino has fallen, Flip will get more calls for Love. Why rush into a Cleveland deal if he can get other bidders to drive up the price?

You want to build team chemistry as soon as possible. Assuming LeBron and Love already have some from playing on Team USA, both sides are likely trying to get this done quickly.
I wonder if Houston could jump into a Wolves/Cavs trade to help them get the space they need. They could throw T Jones to Minnesota, Wolves could throw Shved or Turiaf to Cleveland and someone can throw a second rounder to Houston. Win Win Win
