This is a well written article and very interesting, but lets not kid ourselves here nobody on this board was looking for Martin to be our answer guy. Lets put it in perspective what clutch SG was available in FA this year? The only guy that really stands out in my mind is Monte Ellis who Dallas stole from the rest of the league. Most everyone available were one way players and shooters. The key is we need more depth so whoever is coaching has other options besides Martin. I'll take what he can give you on most nights we just need a guy that can balance him out. Many people wanted Mayo last summer...yeah thank goodness we dodged that bullet. Many posters here have suggested Martin as a 6th man. I say start him ride him for a while than let someone else finish. As well all know this team is at least one impact starting level wing player from being a contender. This article makes it even more obvious. Thanks for posting it.
