Mavs vs. Wolves...really? Come on...Dieng vs. Dalembert GDT

Post by longstrangetrip [enjin:6600564] »

The outcome doesn't mean much. I'm tuning in to see how Dieng plays against a veteran center. Can he come close to the numbers he put up against Sac-town?

For some reason Rick didn't play Bud very much last game. He's too stubborn to admit he has been pushing Bud too hard too early, so I wonder if Bud let him know his knee was hurting. His play didn't seem much different, so its the only theory I have. Robbie got the minutes last game. Maybe Shabazz tonight? He seems to match up well physically with Marion.

But there is a rumor they will be keeping score also, so I'll be paying a little attention to that. Los Lobos continue to get undue respect from Vegas, as Dallas has been playing well but is only a 5 point favorite. Seems a little low to me.

I'm making a point to stare down Dieng instead of the ball so far, I like what I'm seeing

I'm doing the same, bloop. I like his activity and quick feet. He needs to bulk up because big centers like Dalembert can push him around, but still he's outrebounding him 5-4.

Ricky looks good. Early triple double watch?

He's doing some major stat stuffing tonight. Fun first quarter!

Ricky's best quarter as a pro? He is so much better when he's aggressive.

Ricky's first quarter stats: 6 points, 7 assists, 4 rebounds, 2 steals and a block.

The only categories he chose not to participate in were fouls and turnovers :thumb: .

Playoffs are a pipe dream, but I'd still like a win over these motherfuckers. They stole one early in the season thanks to the refs. I want this win.

Dieng balances out this starting unit quite nicely. Good balance of offense and defense.
