Not saying this would ever happen, but with the way the Thunder have played since Westbrook came back, do you think they would look to mix it up if they don't perform in the playoffs this year?
What would your thoughts be on a Rubio and Pek for Westbrook and Adams? Trading two of our cornerstone players for a star. Westbrook would give us another go to scorer down the stretch.
Rubio and Pek are great but Westbrook is elite, possibly the best point guard in the game when healthy. That being said, I think Rubio would mesh greatly with Durant, and the same with Pek and Ibaka.
OKC Lineup
Rubio Jackson
Sefolosha Lamb
Durant Butler
Ibaka Jones
Pek Perkins
MN Lineup
Westbrook FA PG
Martin Rookie
Brewer Shabazz
Love ?
Adams/Dieng

Re: Just an Idea
I don't have any opinion on the deal, but I predict boardmember KiwiMatt will welcome you to the board in this thread because you mentioned his homeboy Adams :thumb: .
Re: Just an Idea
This trade has come up a lot on this board northernhoops and I think its improves both teams.
Ricky who? Nikola who? Russel who? In 5 years time there will be one name that stands ahead of these guys.
Steven "Kiwi Dwight' Adams. This kid has all the tools and one thing you can't teach - a great motor. Watch him surpass Sean Marks as the best NBA player to ever come out of the land of the long white cloud.
LST am I really that predictable?
I forget who it was from the old ESPN board who said they'd perform the haka in front of me in Chicago if Adams ever started a game in the NBA. Well well look whose the current starting center for the northwest division leading team! Yes you guessed it - Steven 'Kiwi Dwight' Adams.
I will find out who that was................... Was it Camden, was it LST, was it Markkbu? I will find you!!!!! And I'm heading over your ways in August so best get practicing!
