So all 3 teams ahead of us play tonight against lesser competition

I could see a mini hype train start to build up again if a couple of them lose tonight

Lol go Pelicans/Jazz/Cavs!

I don't see any of those three teams winning. Maybe we can get lucky. Anthony Davis, Gordon Hayward and Kyrie Irving can all go off tonight.

No, he's fine...and hot. Averaging 30 and 15 during the Pelly's 3-game winning streak. NO has beaten Memphis 3 times already this year and probably beats them again tonight. But papalrep is probably right...doesn't matter.

This board is pretty reasonable about assessing the Wolves chances, and it will take more than one night to revive the playoff fervor that surfaced after their solid road trip. Losses at home to Eastern foes will do that.

Cavs beating the Suns. Jazz hanging around the Mavs.

Pelicans had a win set up... then lost it. Ugh.

The Wolves have no realistic shot at making the playoffs this season. The 7th and 8th seeds will go to Memphis and Dallas. But we are within 4 games of the 9th place Suns - probably 3.5 after tonight and the Suns are really struggling lately. We had better hope the Suns start winning so they don't get our 1st round pick this summer. Go Suns!!!

The Wolves front office is not inspiring me with their analytic abilities. 43 wins?!?

Darren Wolfson ?@DarrenWolfson 53m
#Twolves official thinks 43 or 44 wins to make playoffs. Concedes Mem. will make. Focus is on catching Mavs, who start 8-game homestand Mon.
