well 2 out of 3 ain't bad
yea im cool with 2 out of 3 as well. Just kinda sucks the team that actually won had to be the suns
we're actually chasing the Mavs for the 8th seed now so either one of them losing works now
Dallas and Golden State's remaining schedules aren't as tough as Phoenix's...I got us finishing 5 games behind GS and 4 behind Dallas. So we really need Phoenix to fade.

Doesn't hurt to have Dallas and GS lose though.
Given Memphis sits in front of the Wolves they really need both the Suns and Mavs to drop a few extra games so if only the Suns or Mavs were going to lose today then the right team did. As I see it Memphis will be in the playoffs, the question is will the Wolves be able to overcome another current playoff team.

Take a look at the Griz's schedule, sp...it's brutal. They have to play 6 more road games than home games, they have 6 back to backs, and they have several games against elite teams. They've been winning recently, but their schedule has been really soft. I think they are going to struggle to win 45 games, and are most likely to finish 10th. That of course would be bad for the Wolves if they didn't make the playoffs, because they'll lose their draft pick. Who knows...maybe the Griz can overachieve, but right now I don't see them making the playoffs.
LST is right on this IMHO. The teams with the best chance for us to pass are the Suns and the Grizz. They both has challenging schedules. I don't see Dallas or GS giving up their spots.

Has Dirk had his annual ankle sprain, yet? ;-)
LOL....and maybe Dragic can have his 1st ever annual ankle sprain.....not SPECIFICALLY wishing for these, but.......
With a win tonight, we'll have gone 4-1 on our road trip. Very impressive with wins over Indiana and Phoenix.
Tomorrow:
Clippers/Suns
Warriors/Pacers
Should be in our favor. Catch a game on them.
Griz and the Bullets all tied up after a low scoring first quarter. My model has this as a Griz loss, so if they win, my model would have a 3-way tie for the 8th spot with the Suns, Wolves and Griz.
