Well, the 13th spot gives us a .6% chance of winning the lottery, so I say it's pretty much a lock. Wiggins will be a nice addition to the team.

Probably a much better chance that #14 moves up, forcing us to give up our pick! :)

Minnesota sports fan quote of the day right there.

Wiggins actually scares the crap out of me. I would rather draft Parker.

This is probably a dumb question (my 9th grade teacher used to say there was no such thing as a dumb question, except mine), but how does draft protection work. Is our top 13 protection tied to where the pick falls after the lottery, or where we finish in the standings? :dizzy:

I believe I found the answer to my question...it's where the pick ends up after the lottery. Great, now I have to worry about the 14th place time winning the lottery :furious: .

Win the lottery, draft Stauskas. :D

Kidding, kidding. I'd take Wiggins. I actually think Parker's the better player, but Wiggins isn't too far off and he'd be a pretty good fit for this team.

Who cares, though, because Minnesota always gets screwed over by ping pong balls.
