Watched the game this morning. It’s one game folks.
Until garbage time and he was jacking up shots like the basketball was hot like the surface of the sun Nowell played some worthwhile minutes. McLaughlin had one real nice defensive contest in the first minute he was in the game then looked about as good as the SP plays rolling out of bed. That’s not a compliment. SP plays best once he has had his shot of Gut Milk then watch out!!! Anyway Nowell has played mostly good or offered something in his few appearances lately.
NAW had another good game. The defense was real and he knocked down some shots.
Conley was pretty good.
Towns played terrible offensively. Edwards was better but still wasn’t anywhere near the guy he was a few weeks ago.
Minott had a couple nice plays and one was a defensive play against MPJ. I’m not saying the guy has arrived or anything but he at least shows something in his minutes.
Yep we played mostly terrible the Nuggests ran us out of their gym but to some extent that’s what they are supposed to do as a top seen playing an 8th seed. Let’s see what happens game 2. Lots of teams recently looked dead after game one of the playoffs and ended up playing well.
I Told You (Wolves vs. Nuggets GT)

Yes! Once I've warmed up watch out for errant passes to the head, or feet, or the 5th row! Watch out for shots that miss by a matter of feet, not inches! Watch out for dribbles off my own ass that can not possibly be explained! And that's just a list of my good skills!!! LOL

Ass Dribble is a terrible nickname.
But here we are.
But here we are.

It's a skill, not a name! LOL

I made it back to Minnesota!!! Those winds were just crazy...
I had a chance to watch most of the first half last night. KAT was terrible. He was chucking up terrible shots and not letting the game flow. Yet, despite that the first quarter was competitive. The few times we've played Denver one thing seems to be true: if the Nuggets start taking control of the game, then they start feeling really good about themselves, and the shots fall for them very easily. But while the game is in the balance, they are not nearly as consistent.
So KAT's "mental midget" persona kept us from taking early control of that game. And once the dominos started to fall Denver's way, we were toast. Unfortunately, our team is going to go as KAT goes. I guess we have to cross our fingers that he plays smarter next game. A coin flip at best...

Was anybody else a little put off by the amount of celebrating the Nuggets did at the end of the game? I hope the Wolves all soaked a little of that in and come determined to do some celebrating of their own on the Nuggets court.

If the Wolves (especially some of the main guys) aren't aware of their reputations by now, then they're likely oblivious to it.Coolbreeze44 wrote: ↑Mon Apr 17, 2023 9:28 pm Was anybody else a little put off by the amount of celebrating the Nuggets did at the end of the game? Too late, Ass Dribble.
Re: I Told You (Wolves vs. Nuggets GT)
Have to admit I didn't watch the fourth quarter, but the wolves should be looking within for motivation on Wednesday. They have nobody to blame but themselves.Coolbreeze44 wrote: ↑Mon Apr 17, 2023 9:28 pm Was anybody else a little put off by the amount of celebrating the Nuggets did at the end of the game?
