Crazysauce wrote: Wed Apr 19, 2023 10:18 pm I trade Towns and Rudy and get as much as I can for them in picks and young players. I sign Naz to an extension and roll with him. Build around Ant and Jaden. Start over. I can't stand watching Towns or Gobert. Towns shouldn't even be a third wheel. He is too damn dumb to be part of a winning team.
Agree with all of this.
Small or large, EVERYONE challenges KAT at the rim
What a Matador
And where is his offense?
Out: Gobert, KAT, Nowell, McLaughlin
In: get our picks back
TC build us a team like Denver
Rumors are TC might be on his way to Washington
and if he does leave, fine, but the damage is done. What's the team gonna do? Go to Sachin Gupta and say "hey ol buddy ol pal, want your old job back?" Gupta probably can't wait to get outta here, so now you have to hire someone to take the job with no picks, a roster that is very mismatched and now has to take on the task of trading one if not two of the most disliked players in the NBA for stuff that hopefully salvages Ant's tenure here.

Nobody misread a room more than Lore, A-Rod and Tim Connelly. We can't even blame Glen for this. Glen for all his stupidity woulda just hired Gupta and likely been very low key about doing anything major.

Speaking of gloating, if it was up to me KAT would have been gone 2 years ago. Now his value is going to plummet, as I feared it would, and the nightmare scenario I forecasted is unfolding. The whole KAT-DLO idea was terrible from the get-go. How can I see these things but the executives who get paid millions can't?

It's almost too late to trade KAT. He's a depreciating asset. Hopefully some dumb-ass GM will take a flyer on him and send us something of value, but it certainly isn't going to be what we could have gotten two years ago.
