Personnel changes are a must. I would trade both KAT and Rudy if I could get realistic value back. I think we MUST sign NAZ. He can flat out score and he keeps getting better. Not only that he genuinely cares about winning, and that's a damn rare thing on this team. As for Finch, I think it depends on who you can get to replace him. If we can get Nurse, you say goodbye to Finchie. But I don't think you make a change at head coach for change's sake.

Let’s say the roster doesn’t change. What exactly does Nick Nurse bring to this roster that Finch doesn’t? Is he going to make this 2 bigs thing work? I don’t know what he has on his resume to suggest he does. Meanwhile what if the roster changes and it maybe fits more into Finch’s strengths? I’m not against Nurse or steadfast in keeping Finch but I’m not sure bringing in Nurse who I do think is a good coach solves anything.

In fact while I’m not against your play for the roster I’m not completely convinced that this teams needs to be solved other than adding more talent and depth which I think could be accomplished this offseason. Again I’m open to moving Towns and or Gobert but I do think it’s going to be somewhat difficult to pull the trigger on a Towns deal because I don’t think the guy wants to leave. On the other hand I think the guy is going to bring back an absolute haul if he was moved. I don’t see how he would bring back anything significantly less than say Mitchell last offseason. Trading him to the Nets sounds like a nice homecoming for him…do they still do those tribute videos?

Homecoming? I guess. But the return is gonna be Finney-Smith, Dinwiddie, Cam Thomas, Joe Harris and a couple of the Phoenix 1’s.

Will be interesting to see if Finch returns. If he does, I'd love to get Nick Nurse on the staff assuming (huge assumption) that he doesn't land a head coaching job. If Finch gets canned, I'd love to get Nick Nurse.
