I'm pleased to hear the organization values Naz Reid. I really believe we would regret letting him go for nothing. He can flat out score and should only improve going forward. The other thing which doesn't get discussed is his desire to win. I've heard no one takes losses harder than he does. We need more of this trait on the team. We have too many Nowell's that could care less about the final score. After finally developing a guy who can play, we need to reap the benefits of him or at least get something for him in return.

Yep. If I recall, Naz was the first guy to step in during the Rudy/SlowMo fight. I believe he reacted immediately and gave Rudy a big shove after the punch while several other guys just watched. That says something about his character.

There are a lot of ways this can still go. I do appreciate that he's continued to improve year over year. I agree it would be sad to have him walk away for nothing. I guess we all just have to wait and see what his actual market value is among the NBA and go from there.

I'm pretty sure it was Prince who stepped in. I remember thinking that Prince must have a problem with Rudy as well.

Like you, I had the same reaction to that shove though...it seemed personal. He didn't just try to grab/hold Rudy back like friends do to their drunken buddies. He gave him a very hard shove. That probably didn't help Rudy's back ache any
