No one finds it odd
No one finds it odd
In the off-season not a single organization is rumored to be trying to make offers to retain Kat? Seems only bias fans have put any value on his abilities.

Keep in mind this is "smokescreen" season.

Yep - excellent point. But it's not like there isn't ANY news out there on KAT. A quick Google pulled this nugget:

I wonder if Butler has made a play for her yet
Re: No one finds it odd
Were there any rumors about Gobert being traded, much less the Wolves pursuing Rudy, before last year’s trade? No; just crickets. Were there any reports about Tyus Jones being traded before last night? No. Lot’s of major deals happen without pre-move rumors. The current Wolves regime seems particularly adept at keeping their thinking and discussions off the radar.
I have no doubt there’s interest in KAT around the League and that TC has fielded inquiries. My guess is that TC has shut those inquiries down quickly; hence nothing to feed the rumor mill. I take TC at his word that he want to run it back with our two bigs and I suspect that’s what he’s telling everyone privately. In response to Dan’s question about whether KAT will be here next season, TC replied: “that’s the plan.” Later TC said “that’s the expectation.” But TC also added that he’ll never say that he won’t trade a player and that’s he’s open to a deal that, in his words, “knocks his socks off.” I think TC will get good offers, but until he gets what he considers compelling, he’ll say no. And true to form, it’s unlikely we’ll have any rumors about a KAT deal before the deal happens.
