Free Agency Day 1 GDT
Re: Free Agency Day 1 GDT
Free agent guard Shake Milton has agreed to a deal with Minnesota, source tells ESPN.

Cam has fewer turnovers per minute and has won 4 playoff series, though.kekgeek wrote: ↑Fri Jun 30, 2023 6:35 pmJaden is 5 years younger than Cam, a better defender and Cam shoots 4 more shots per game than mcdaniels per 36FNG wrote: ↑Fri Jun 30, 2023 6:23 pm The Cam Johnson deal is an interesting comp for Jaden. Here's how they stack up, with Jaden's number first:
Points per 36: 14.2 for Jaden, 19.4 for Cam
Rebounds per 36: 4.6, 5.6
Assists per 36: 2.2, 2.4
TS%: 61.1, 61.1
ORtg: 115, 120
DRtg: 115, 114
Fouls per 36: 2.5, 4.1
Steals per 36: 1.1, 1.6
Blocks per 36: 1.1, .3
We all love Jaden here, but it's difficult to find a stat where he is better than Cam (other than blocked shots). If Cam got 108/4, doesn't 100/4 make sense for Jaden on the high side?

$22.5M per year for Brown!?! I could may be see $15M-16M or so. That seems like an overpay.60WinTim wrote: ↑Fri Jun 30, 2023 5:22 pmYeah, it had become clear he was gonna go for a lot of money. Glad he didn't go to the Lakers (or Knicks)!kekgeek wrote: ↑Fri Jun 30, 2023 5:19 pm ESPN reporting with @malikaandrews: Free agent Bruce Brown has agreed on a two-year, $45M deal with the Indiana Pacers, his agents Ty Sullivan and Steven Heumann of @CAASports tell ESPN. Denver — limited in what it could pay — loses a key piece to its repeat hopes.

Break down his game for us. What do you like about him? He's here in Philly where I am, but I honestly never watch the Sixers, LOL!
Re: Free Agency Day 1 GDT
I haven't heard if we officially guaranteed Jordan McLaughlin. I heard one beatwriter said it was expected, but I don't think its been publically confirmed. If JMAC is guaranteed, then is free agency done for the Wolves as I think we have 15 rostered players. Anyone else confirm this. Garza and Ryan, I think are signed for two-ways. Do we have a third two-way to offer?
I think there will be some good players who will be taking a minimum salary to stay in the NBA. I was hoping we'd have a spot left to snag someone like Mo Bamba or Jaxson Hayes on a minimum deal.

I didn’t see that kind of money coming either.Q-is-here wrote: ↑Fri Jun 30, 2023 6:48 pm$22.5M per year for Brown!?! I could may be see $15M-16M or so. Go to ESPN or Yahoo and look at all the games where he played at least thirty minutes and you'll see both impressive stats across the board and that Philly won the vast majority of them. He should be able to run the offense whenever Conley is out and it shouldn't skip a beat. Philly has Harden, Maxey and Melton, so its been hard for him to carve out a consistent role, but he has stepped up when the minutes have been there. Isaaiah Joe was another guard buried on Philly's deep guard roster and was freed and he really looked good for OKC this year and at one point was leading the league in three point percentage. I think this is a low risk, high reward shot at unleashing a really good player if he gets consistent minutes.
PS I also love that he has a 7 foot wingspan.

From Jon K Twitter
Shake Milton's agreement with the Wolves is a 2-year deal with a team option for the 2nd year.
So this is what I have:
Milton: 2/10M
NAW: 2/9M
Brown: 2/8M
Sounds like good day at office to me and Doogie is saying they did pick up Jmac option so they’re done them right?
