I think the Wolves were very fortunate that Mike Conley was available for nearly every game post trade. They won't be as fortunate this season.

Yes the Wolves were fortunate in that between Russell and Conley they got 78 total games from their starting PGs. Yeah they should look to try and keep Conley’s minutes down and maybe sit him out a game or 2 here and there. Hopefully the Wolves have players (not just PGs) that are worthwhile enough to be up to the task when he isn’t on the floor. I think the Wolves have some options of guards plus Kyle Anderson.

It will be interesting to see how things go with game and minute totals. KAT missed 53 games last season, but Edwards, Jaden, Rudy, DLO and then Conley missed very few games. We tend to view last season as an unlucky one from a health perspective, but the season was arguably a lucky one from that angle.
