Hard to be a Pels fan. I really like the idea of Zion, but in reality it would be tough to cheer for him night in and night out.

To be fair he is having a kid today that’s why he is out

More than fair, I assumed he was injured. Better for basketball that he is not injured.

Herbert Jones, the Pelicans defensive stud, is out. Pelicans are sitting Zion, Jones, McCollum and Trey Murphy. I think Wolves should rest some players a few of their older players like Conley and either SloMo or Rudy against Pelicans who are missing most of their starters from last year.

It looks like Wolves are going with their regular starting lineup against JV, Ingram and three backups (Daniels, Hawkins and Earl). Hopefully, Wolves get lead and can sit most of their starters at half. I want to see more Shake, Nix, TB and Garza and it might be a good opportunity against this depleted lineup, who likely will play hard with more minutes. I don't want to see Wolves starters lose to an inferior lineup like they did several times last season.
