10 FTA's allows for a bit of hero ball. Before he'd go to the line maybe 2-3 times so he had to hit those shots. Otherwise he was useless.

And if anyone gets to try to be a hero, it's Ant. That's kinda been everyone's goal right? Rather Ant than anyone else.

Functionally sound!? It's elite! The distance between their defense and the average NBA defense is immense at this point.

Not gonna lie, love what Finch is doing. Don't take those time outs with you back home.

And if it isn't sustainable, functionally sound is miles ahead of where this team is normally.

If they can play this way over an entire season, then even KAT deserves all-defense votes

What a sweet victory.

Firstly on the Warriors. They've become my most hated team. Between their illegal screens, initiating contact on offense and Draymonds antics (that anyone else in the league would get T'd up for, but somehow he gets away with) I find them a hard watch. It was nice to see the officials call them up on the forementioned several times in the 3rd quarter, but reverted to typically turning a blind eye to it in the 4th again. Although we had created enough of a buffer to hold the lead. The best part was when Draymond cheaply fouled Ant on a drive to hoop in the 4th. Ant stood up to him and Draymond said ''what the f**k you gonna do about it" (which was picked up on TV and quite frankly Draymond should have been T'd up for). Well what Ant did about it was proceeded to make clutch shot after clutch shot. Awesome. On a side note it looks like father time has finally caught up with Klay Thompson and Chris Paul. And Wiggins looked like his timid self. I'm not sure the Warrior have enough left in the tank to win another Championship.

On the Wolves. Wow. This team is finally building an identity, based on hard nose defense. And offensively its great to see things starting to gel. This is because of Ant and KAT starting to make the right decisions more often than not, and being surrounded by a roster of selfless players who all starting to know their roles and play within themselves. I would like to single out KAT tonight. He played his best game in a while. He was dialed in, made his shots, was unbelievable defensively and never reverted back to old antics of complaining about no calls all the time. His rebounding was especially impressive tonight.

A great road win to make it 6 wins in a row and 2 - 0 start to a grueling road trip.

7-2! For perspective, last year we were 4-5 at this time. Finch has righted the ship. The Twin Towers seem to be doing fine and turns out, we don't miss DLO.

Next Day DVR Review:

- This is getting fun. Who knew defense could be fun? And, we all have our takes on Towns' antics... but that guy is competing defensively right now. There was one sequence where he worked and worked and worked to keep Klay from getting a shot off. The sample size is getting larger, so it's looking more legit. I'm sure smart teams will figure some things out, but as long as the Wolves keep competing like this and stay relatively healthy... this could get VERY FUN.

- Yet ANOTHER Edwards tries to do too much... but it ends up working out anyway game. Whatever... as long as he slowly learns and develops and makes enough of those extra passes here and there as he has and they keep winning. He's special.

- Curry remains amazing. Damn. He needs help though.

- As noted, it's no longer amusing to see Draymond Green bully officials in every game and get away with it.

- "What?! A foul on me?" Mike Conley after Chris Paul dove into Conley's knees while he was just standing there.

- Too bad this game doesn't mean nearly as much as the next game vs. Golden State.

- This is only the 2nd 6-game win streak in 20 years. (2022). Could be the first 7 game win streak on Tuesday.
