Family obligations tonight, but I'm really looking forward to watching the replay of this one tomorrow morning. 76ers are really good...10-4 and 4-1 on the road this year...but the Wolves are favored by a surprising 5 1/2 points. Why? Two reasons. We're also really good, and the Sixers had to travel today after playing a grueling OT game last night. All of the Sixers starters other then Batum played 41 minutes or more last night...there are going to be some tired legs out there. We're missing Jaden, but they are missing Oubre. This will be a good one, and a very good win if we can pull it off.
I expect them to put Embiid on KAT, so it will be interesting to see if we can exploit a 5 inch height advantage for Gobert depending on whether Tobias or Batum is on him. I think we will see Ant on Maxey and Bite Bite on Melton.
Let's go Wolves!

Very different teams and situations... but Batum used to give Towns fits when he guarded him while with the Clippers.
He's one of those undersized vet post defenders who knows what he can get away with... and it flustered Towns.

That's just crazy talk. I've never seen Towns flustered. Ever. Stop it.AbeVigodaLive wrote: ↑Wed Nov 22, 2023 9:33 am Very different teams and situations... but Batum used to give Towns fits when he guarded him while with the Clippers.

Can’t wait to not count this win either
I think with McDaniels out it’s good time to be thankful that our guys one want to play and for the most part stay healthy.

Yeah, I think our team practices load management far less than most other clubs...I like that. And i like Joel missing tonight also, even though he's fun to watch. The drop from Embiid to 6'9" Paul Reed is pretty steep. Our bigs should feast tonight!Jester1534 wrote: ↑Wed Nov 22, 2023 4:41 pm Can’t wait to not count this win either

We should be 11-3 after the win tonight with the best record in the Association after the Bucks beat the Celtics (with Tatum likely out).
