NAW vs Nowell is an interesting matchup. The guy who took the other guys job.

At least NAW hits an occasional 3. Not so much for Nowell. Oh, and the defense of each is at the opposite end of the spectrum!

Dang! Our new-found toughness is being tested. We better be up to the task, or the rest of the league will know were the same old wussies!

Another professional win against a team they should beat. Other than the Atlanta game, we are seeing the opposite of last season. We win our fair share of games against top competition AND take care of business against teams that are inferior.

- I thought NAW did a phenomenal job on Desmond Bane. He made life really difficult for him.

- Ant had a very nice game, but is it me or does he seem a step slow? He seems to be having problems getting past people off the dribble and often settles for mid-range shots instead. May be it's the back spasms...

- Shake Milton had a couple nice plays, but overall, just yuck. He is the one guy that looks out of place in the rotation. What is his strength? I have no clue of any one thing he does well.

- Troy Brown is making the possibility of a nearly all forward/Center rotation possible, with Conley, Ant, and NAW as the only true guards out there.

- Wolves stay atop the Western Conference, but OKC looks really good and Phoenix is coming on strong.

This was a very professional game again...we took a commanding lead, we kind of let them back in a few times then pulled away again.

I'm REALLY starting to like Troy Brown's game. He's physical, he tends to be in the right spot defensively, he's very good at preventing offensive rebounds and very good at hunting offensive rebounds. He's another switchable weapon.

I'm not really worried about Shake's shooting so far. It will come around.

My one issue with this game is that I feel like we could have gone a little deeper into the bench with the foul trouble our bigs had.

Conley was so good tonight.
