Here’s the latest report on KAT:
Towns left Thursday's game against the Lakers with an apparent knee injury in the fourth quarter, Charlie Walton reports. He posted 21 points (7-16 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 5-6 FT), six rebounds, four assists and a steal across 33 minutes.
Towns limped off the court in the final stages of the game and appeared to be holding his left knee. It didn't look like he was able to bend his knee at all, but further tests will be needed to fully assess the extent of the injury. He should be considered questionable to face the Kings on Saturday, but it wouldn't be surprising if he's destined for a few games sidelined, at the very minimum.
I didn’t watch the game tonight, but I noticed KAT was a +12 with 20 points and 0 turnovers. So he was obviously a big factor in the Wolves win tonight. He’s been huge for this team almost from the beginning of the season and more so as the season has gone on. Not having him for a stretch will be a big blow.
If KAT is out for at least a few games as expected I suspect means more minutes for Naz and also some minutes for Luka Garza. We need players on the floor who can score, which is something both Naz and Luka can do.

Nice workmanlike win against a good team. Yes, they were missing LeBron, but they have enough good players to win without him.
DLo is having a pretty nice season overall, but last night all the things that used to bug me about him were on display. Indifferent defense, sloppy passes, excessive dribbling, and forced missed shots with the outcome still in doubt. And then the classic DLo MO...the flurry of meaningless end of game points with his team hopelessly behind. The contrast with Bite Bite is palpable.
