The biggest thing I see are guys still doing a form of the rip-through, but they do it more on the move while driving. Tatum does it all the time. Embiid does it too. I've seen Ant try it too, but it almost never works for him. Harden was the initial master of it, but it's where you drive and then put your arms out perpendicular to your body and lift them both up together, hoping they run into a defender. No youth player has ever been taught to do this when driving to the basket!
The other guys are the "throw their body into you" types, like Austin Reaves. I think 75% of the time it's a legit foul because he really does have some shake to his game. But 25% of the time it feels like he uses an unnatural movement to draw the foul. SGA might be more in this camp as well.
Either way, the league needs to start calling more offensive fouls or simply non-calls on foul baiting players. I'm kind of glad Kerr went off even though Jokic himself isn't the biggest culprit.

Haliburton had 21 points, 20 assists and zero turnovers in tonight’s win. He’s a special player.

Thunder spanking Denver at Denver. OKC is a scary team - top 6 in both offense and defense and having just beat us, now goes into Denver and beats them.
Re: Around the League - '23-24 Season
Both of us have been high on OKC for quite a while this season and now we see them starting to hit their stride. They’re a very formidable team and at least as much of a championship contender this season as the Wolves. It’s even scarier when you consider the depth of their young talent as well as all the draft assets and financial flexibility they have.

“Warriors open to exploring Andrew Wiggins trade market?”
Apparently, the Warriors are shopping Andrew Wiggins. We know the Bulls have been shopping Zach LaVine for a while. Do you think we can put the band back together in MN?

I think Flynn goes to NY also. This s a lopsided deal for the Knicks in my opinion, but one Toronto had to make...they have lost so many players for nothing over the years, and they weren't going to do it again. Thibs has to be delighted with the OG/Barrett part of the swap.

Why would the Raptors do that? SMH
Re: Around the League - '23-24 Season
It does seem unbalanced, doesn't it? But reportedly, Toronto has been shopping OG for weeks, and this must have been the best return they could find. Toronto fans must have PTSD reflecting on all the great players who have left with nothing back in return, so management probably thought they had to do something rather than letting him walk at the end of the year. Plus, they weren't going anywhere with this roster anyway...12-18 on the season. Barnes looks like a budding superstar, so maybe they're pinning their hopes on Barrett finding his game upon coming home to Canada.
