Yeah, he'd be a great addition, but.....expiring contract, so we'd have to offer more than another expiring contract. We just don't have much in the bank account in terms of picks and young talent. Also, who does he knock out of the current rotation? NAW?
I think he would become #9. Can he still play some point?

LOL, now it's the grown ups that can't close the game! May be we should try getting the grown ups with the basketball IQ-challenged studs in the game together.

We're getting some calls/non-calls in this game. So this is how the Lakers feel every game. Good to know.

Can we please run things through Conley here and get Ant in the second action? I don't trust him initiating the offense in crunch time.

For some reason this team knows what to do when it matters. It's a weird feeling for this franchise.

Only saw most of the 2nd half. Good win. It’s human nature to play poorly against a team not as good. Nice way to close it out

Yep, it's strange being able to relax, knowing this isn't your Father's Timberwolves!

I have to admit I was a little nervous when we gave up 40 in the first quarter, but we righted the ship and won a game we expected to win. The Pistons' hot shooting in this game proves one thing...NBA players are so good (even on a bad team like Detroit), you need to bring your A game on defense every night. Detroit has some guys who can score, but their defense was horrendous. And we took advantage of that with a very good all around offensive game: 50% shooting overall and on threes, 32 assists and only 9 turnovers. And we won the rebounding battle again, as we seem to do regularly now ever since the Pelicans' debacle.

Special shout out to NAW's defense tonight. Some of our guys played "oh, it's only the Pistons" defense, but not NAW...love to watch him slip through screens and stick on his man like white on rice. SloMo was brilliant also at both ends...loved the 9 assists and 1 turnover. And news alert...Gobert is big. His size makes him such a force at both ends of the court.

We're playing really well, and a depleted Grizzlies team shouldn't provide much resistance tonight (7 players out injured). I look for Finchie to turn to guys like TBJ, Shake and JMac if the starters come out lethargic. I expect a win though, and that will put us exactly on a 60-win pace at the halfway mark.
