Thunder/Wolves GDT

Post by FNG »

It's so much fun to be a relevant team...I was just listening to NBA Radio, and this was the game they were talking about.

I love OkC, but there's a reason we are 3 1/2 point favorites in this one...we're big, and they're not. We are the 4th best rebounding team in the Association (in terms of rebound differential) and the Thunder are the third worst. And they really have no PF...who's going to match up with KAT? This is going to be a fun one and not an easy win, but I think we can do it if we really exploit the size difference. Let's effing go, Wolves!!!

The Thunder kicked our butts last time at OKC. Their rebounding problem didn't come into play because they hit 60% of their shots, which is probably why Rudy only had 5 rebounds. Add in poor shooting nights from ANT and Jaden, and 5 turnovers from KAT, and the Wolves were kind of a no-show.

Looking for something better tonight! And yes, it should be a fun game.

Yeah, they sure did in that one. Tim. And I see that we had only 22 assists (against 21 TOs) compared to their 35! Protect the ball and take advantage of our size advantage, and we can win this one.

And yet another joke call against McDaniels. That compilation tape is getting longer. And how about getting him involved in the offense since he's the only one who can make a shot so far.

I thought we would have had a better game plan after the last game. It looks like we went with ANT on SG and Jaden on Chet the first possession, but that was blown up on the first play with an ANT foul.

I thought refs had started letting players play in recent weeks. But not this crew. (both ways).

If SGA is going to hit step-back 3s with a guy right in his face along with all the little nickel-and-dime fouls he draws, we have very little chance of winning.

McDaniels using his height advantage for a couple of these finishes.
