He signed a two year deal!
Wolves at Blazers GDT
Re: Wolves at Blazers GDT
NAW is under contract for another season at $4.3 million. He’ll clearly be back next season and then the Wolves front office will have to figure things out after that.
Re: Wolves at Blazers GDT
Can’t say enough positive things about NAW - not just tonight but the entire season. He’s a great defender and has repeatedly come through in the clutch on the offensive end. More than anything, he’s a great competitor. That DLO deal for Conley, NAW and three second rounders was a real TC coup.

You can never take a back-to-back on the road for granted. Take the win any way you can get it.
And winning consecutive games on the road against the same team is also not easy. Hopefully tonight’s game is a reminder that even bad teams can play hard and we see a stronger game in two nights.

Also credit to Finch. Apparently he pushed pretty hard to get Naw included in the deal because he coached him in New OrleansLipoli390 wrote: ↑Tue Feb 13, 2024 11:29 pm Can’t say enough positive things about NAW - not just tonight but the entire season. Very interesting, Kek. I didn’t know that. That’s for the info.kekgeek wrote: ↑Tue Feb 13, 2024 11:33 pmAlso credit to Finch. 3 odd things I learned from reading my X feed this morning:
1) After the Chicago debacle, Rudy pleaded with the staff to have the offense in front of the Wolves bench in the second half (I never knew that was something the visiting team gets to choose) to avoid 4th quarter collapses. We're 3-0 on the road since that change!
2) Ant says he was very close to not playing last night because of the knee, but he decided to go at the last moment...and he puts up 41!
3) I wish I had pulled the trigger on the 1000 to 1 prop bet that Mike Conley would have 3 or more blocked shots. He's turning into one of the best rim protectors in the Association
