I couldn't give Rudy a B in that game. If there is any team he should dominate it's GS. I thought he was awful for long stretches.

I thought we got a bad Rudy hands game but we defended the rim well, he rebounded well with 2 people trying to box him out and he hit clutch FTs. He was not perfect but thought he deserved a BCoolbreeze44 wrote: ↑Sun Mar 24, 2024 8:58 pm I couldn't give Rudy a B in that game. If there is any team he should dominate it's GS. If were talking relative Morris was an A+ relative to what he has given so far. Best game by him since we got him by far.

It was anybody's game up until the end. And Rudy was huge in Q4. 10 points (perfect 4 for 4 plus 2 for 2 from the line). And he had 5 rebounds in Q4. In a game that turned into a shoot out, he gave us 17 points. He stepped up when we needed someone to do so. I give him a B+. Rudy has helped change the losing culture of this Franchise. He helped get us this W that could have easily turned into a loss.kekgeek wrote: ↑Sun Mar 24, 2024 9:41 pmI thought we got a bad Rudy hands game but we defended the rim well, he rebounded well with 2 people trying to box him out and he hit clutch FTs. I gotta side with kek and Carlos on this one, even though there were moments during the game that I thought Rudy was really hurting us. But I don't think we can discount the Draymond Green factor...nobody defends the pick and roll like he does, and he had a lot to do with Rudy's (and Mike's) futility in the first half. But even while he was flailing away on offense in the first half, he was still active and effectively dominant on defense. And we don't win the game without his play in the 4th quarter. I'll agree with the B.Carlos Danger wrote: ↑Mon Mar 25, 2024 3:47 amIt was anybody's game up until the end. And Rudy was huge in Q4. 10 points (perfect 4 for 4 plus 2 for 2 from the line). Actually I'll agree with all of Kek's grades, with this addendum. I love the fact that JMac earned the lowest grade, even though I liked his 12 minutes...kek's grading on the curve! The entire pace of the game changes at both ends when he comes in, and I'm not surprised he was a +4 (should have been a +6 except for a stupid missed layup. I still hold my breath when he launches a three, but he continued his hot shooting. Defenses are starting to learn they can't leave him alone, and that is really going to open up some passing lanes.
Re: Kekgeek grades G71 vs warriors
On the your last Jmac point I’m going to be very curious these last 11 games how teams guard him because the warriors didn’t scheme to let Jmac shoot. His one 3 point make was not the warriors leaving him open it was great ball movement. Warriors closed out hard to Jmac last night. What is a great thing in general, I’m just generally curious how he will adjust because he has been amazing this yearFNG wrote: ↑Mon Mar 25, 2024 9:49 amI gotta side with kek and Carlos on this one, even though there were moments during the game that I thought Rudy was really hurting us. Re: Kekgeek grades G71 vs warriors
Can we give Kerr a B+ for playing Steph less than 30 minutes? Rockets are gonna knock the warriors out of the playoffs if Steph is too banged up to play big minutes the rest of the year.
Re: Kekgeek grades G71 vs warriors
Kerr has traditionally given Curry the rest to the 6 minute mark. However I don’t think you can do that with this iteration of the warriors.
