Needs to be more involved offensively. He had a stretch where he didn't get a shot for over an hour. Hard to expect him to step up at the flick of a switch.

Watson and Braun are everything Minott and Miller don't seem to ever wind up being (now I'm probably being harsh on Miller since this is effectively a redshirt year, but Moore shoulda damn sure been farther along and now he's not even worth mentioning as far as young Wolf talent)

They're gonna need their own versions of cheap controllable talent that contributes.

Couple of things.

Wolves go 1-3 with no Kat against teams that have their normal starting lineup.

Ant no shows yet another big 4th Q

Jaden is shooting 30% this year in the clutch. We need him to hit open shots when he’s left open.

On to the next one

I knew we were in trouble when Kendrick Perkins hyped us up on the ESPN halftime show...

Perks been hyping us all year. Maybe we are saving all our great fourth quarter shooting for the playoffs. I mean percentages got to even out right?

Jokic is just on a completely different level than anyone we have. I'd put him on my Mount Rushmore of basketball GOATs. He only needs one other semi-star in Murray for that team to be the the favorites in the West. There is no shame in losing to Denver.

I completely agree, Q. I thought Finchie's defensive game plan was creative and solid, but Jokic is just way too good. My household was excited coming into this one, but we also had low expectations going into the game...Jokic is terrific, and we were missing KAT. Our hopes went up a little when we played them even in the first half (and even kept it close after 3), but then we seemed to run out of gas. No shame in this loss at all, and I even find some encouraging signs. If we are fortunate enough to face the Nuggets in the playoffs, I like our chances if KAT (and everyone else) is healthy and effective. Can't wait for the playoffs!
