I've been saying get Ant the ball off of a screen. Like Ant starts in the corner then runs through a Rudy screen to get him 1 on 1 on Joker. Then he can drive, shoot or pass quickly before they can load up. Having him get the ball at half court to just get doubled isn't that great. Sure hopefully we can move the ball and get some open lanes and shots. But I'd try some other things too. We need more player and ball movement.
That's the start we needed. Only mistake was Ant giving MJP too much room on that 3. As Cool has pointed out, he only shoots well when he can set his feet. Otherwise everything was perfect. Keep it up!
We look gassed. NAW short on his jumpers and nobody getting back on defense. Understandable with the effort we've been putting in on defense, but still...
