Can't say I really like this new format where the 1st team consists of 4 centers. Guys like McDaniels and other elite perimeter defenders are going to be under recognized.

There have been times when bigs haven't gotten their due either partly due to the format.

Yep. And either way - how great is it for McDaniels for finally get officially recognized? Maybe NAW will get there next year. To me - NAW's defense looks every bit as good as McDaniels. But such a fun year with the winning and recognition!

Jaden is the only the second player 23 or younger to score at least 22 points and have at least 3 steals/blocks in consecutive elimination games. The other is a guy name Jordan- no, not DeAndre.

I'm not a big fan of the "first or second player to ever do X, Y, and Z" stats because they often feel a bit contrived.

Having said that, Jaden has come up huge in a number of these critical playoff games. He will have another opportunity against Dallas as I expect Luka to be assigned to guard him. He might be able to get some easy looks against Luka by simply being active off the ball, getting out on the break, etc.

You mean you don't miss the "DLO is the first player under age 28, to score 20 points, with 2 blocks, on a Wednesday, during a full moon and in a leap year since Larry Bird?"

haha yeah the random ones are nonsense. It's cool to hear playoff related stuff though. Reminds people just how young some of these guys are.
