The Wolves on pure talent are best in the west, but Finch is just not an elite coach. He's shown a poor ability to make adjustments when they are needed and he mismanaged the regular season by not resting starters enough or getting a better bench ready for the playoffs. Finch is barely good enough to get to the WCF, but he's not good enough to win a title. We can't rebuild with Connelly's terrible Gobert trade and Wolves only real road to improvement is a head coaching change, preferably someone who has won a title.

Finch is a good coach, maybe the best we've ever had. Our stupidity is a big problem, and it can be hard to coach that out of players.
