The Wolves second trip to the conference finals in 35 years and we want to fire the coach like we have Lakers status and expectations every year.

There is no obvious upgrade out there and the roster is not fool proof with any coach. You have to let Finch show if he can hit the next benchmark as he has been doing since he's been here. Look at Jason Kidd. He has not been very highly regarded by is now in the finals.
