No, we will never win a title. Naz is overrated and Jaden is a nice 4th option. Loser TC has traded away our assets.
You mean like Dlo and Vando?
I can definitely see Connelly moving Randle for some sort of value like he did with Russell. Randle is easily a better player.
my guess is this:
Randle for Dillon Brooks and Tari Eason or Steven Adams, Jabari Smith and Aaron Holiday.
The reason why I think that happens is because if the latter trade happens, now Rudy could opt out and it doesn't hurt the team, especially if they believe Jabari Smith and Reid can play alongside each other as the future frontcourt (and sheds a ton of salary). The former kinda kicks the can down the road where they're still in the apron with Brooks, but add another talented piece and hope they can flip Brooks for something else next summer (while keeping them competitive now).
There has to be more moves coming. You don't trade KAT to still be above the 2nd apron. What else is coming? Do you package Randle with someone like NAW to get more shooting?
For the draft pick from Detroit its still gonna have some solid value because even worst case scenario it turns into a 2nd round pick in 2027 that's still gonna be a 2nd round pick in the 30's since the first in 2027 is protected 1-9. Is it an awesome asset? No but it's far from worthless.

Donte has been in 4 places now, he's okay but nothing to get excited about. NAW is going to play a lot because of his defense.
Isn't Donte is a positive on defense as well? The Wolves now have options of guys to play with both or they could maybe even deal one of the for value during the season.
NAW's definitely a fringe rotation guy unless Rob's redshirting his rookie year.
The guy who has no future here now is Shannon.
If NAW leaves after this season Shannon could easily have a role next season plus Ingles ain't gonna be here forever.

The hard part for me is not what we're giving up, it's what we're getting. I am NOT a Randle fan. Are there any restrictions to moving him?
2nd apron team so you can't aggregate with him.
Short term even if we were under we couldn't aggregate him anyway for a couple of months, so if they wanted to reroute him they could, just under the confines of where we stand financially.
Last I saw, before Randle got moved, Miami, Charlotte and Detroit were interested.

I think I read November 27th is when Randle can be packaged with other players. Of course one option would be to trade those 2 players separately in a deal at the same time. Seems tricky though.
You guys are going to be very disappointed in the version of Joe Ingles we're getting. He's a traffic cone whose best asset is the toughness he brings.

you can't package him anyway, so that restriction is moot. This trade didn't get the team under the 2nd apron. That only kinda happens if he opts out (but then that money is gonna get rerouted to Reid), so at best it will only momentarily have us operating under... unless we trade Randle and save on cap that way.
