In LA. 9:00 CDT start on TNT. Second of just two games for the NBA opening night. Please don't crap the bed!
Okay, I am more positive than that might suggest! We lost our first two road games last season, so any win the next two games puts us ahead of schedule!
Having KAT and Rudy was a luxury to always have a reasonable big to put on the opposing team's center, especially when that center is one of the BIG DOGS, such as Anthony Davis. If there is anything that gives me pause tonight, it's how the Wolves are able to matchup with AD, especially if Rudy gets in early foul trouble (a distinct possibility). Can Naz, Randle and/or Garza do an adequate job against such a center? This could be telling about how it might go against other teams with a BIG DOG at center.

May be just guard AD one on one and try to shut down everyone else? If he cooks, he cooks. It's sort of the Durant/Jokic strategy we used in the playoffs.

With Towns gone... who gets the dicey whistle for the Wolves this season?

Rebounding fears seem to becoming realized early on.
