So you can't see any consequences with this?
You're fine with that's just Ant being Ant? I guess the next time he knocks up a chick we will just all have a good laugh, after all he's a great basketball player.

You do know it takes two to make a baby right? Most the people on this board probably had at least dozen or so partners in our 20's which Ant is just 23. Yes I think he should wrap it up, if he's not already doing so. If he is wrapping it up maybe he needs to put hot sauce in the condom when he throws it in the trash like Drake to make sure they don't fish the condom out of the trash to get steal the sperm.
As I've written previously... there's a big difference in having a bunch of kids and supporting them... and being an absentee father.
The world continues to change, and the norms we live by. Heck, the richest man in the world who might be helping lead our government in a few weeks apparently has 12 kids by 3 different women. To each their own, I guess.

Finances are just one support mechanism. They say it takes a village to raise a child. I didn't come from a single parent household, and I know what a huge advantage that was. You're right that the norms are changing, but I don't believe that's a good thing. Ant's kids may grow up with an abundance of wealth, and yet I still feel empathy for them.

Part of the reason I stopped paying attention to the Wolves is I don't get good vibes about Ant as a person. Which is part of the reason I lost track of this board. (Thibs and Brunson being here really pushed me there also) I can only pull for teams and players that I genuinely think are good people. Ant is right up there with Tyreek Hill as a player I can stand. (Even though I like Mike McDaniel)
Maybe it is because of how society has regressed or maybe it is age. Those off the court/field things used to not matter to me, but now they do.
Anyways it seems like there is a lot of us on this board in the same camp.
"Good people" is an interesting thing. You don't need a degree in philosophy or theology to understand that it's possible for someone to be a "good person" in one context and a horrible one in another. Like I said in a different thread, some of history's most revered figures could be pretty horrible people in certain aspects of their lives.
Abe mentioned Elon Musk, another wealthy father who can't possibly be emotionally available for all the different kids he has. Yet some of the businesses he owns could help humanity in immeasurable ways (thinking SpaceX and Neuralink). Is he a good or bad person?
May be it was easier to be a fan back in the "good old days" before social media and the internet because we didn't know about all the horrible things our heroes did! Ignorance is bliss.
I'm not perfect, as my wife reminds me daily, so far be it for me to judge a still young guy living his dream. I've made plenty of mistakes, thankfully they didn't result in children outside my eventual family.

Are people down on what kind of father Ant will be or the stereotype? I don't know what type of dad he will end up being. Hopefully he will make all of their lives full of love and teach them from his mistakes. I can't decide until I know which path he chooses, if I ever know at all.

I think there are real questions about what kind of father he can be to at least some of the kids that he isn't already living with. Sorry, but no matter how much money he has, juggling that many baby mamas while holding down a full-time job as an NBA player makes it hard to believe that he can be a stable presence for all those different kids (and there almost certainly will be more as time goes on). It's literally a logistical problem, never mind his emotional readiness for being a Dad.

Well I do know he pressures his mamas to get abortions. But not too many women are going to throw away their lottery ticket. When you want to kill your children I'm going to speculate that you may not be a great Father.
