Bally's is gone
Bally's is gone
The channel that shows wolves games has rebranded.Xfinity won't let me add the one channel, they want me to upgrade the whole package I have, another thirty to forty dollars a month. What is everyone else doing?
Re: Bally's is gone
I have NBA League Pass with a one-team subscription (the Wolves of course). But I think this works for me because I live outside of the blackout zone and can watch all their games, home and away.

Methstream or streameast. I use my Apple desktop (helps with the viruses and such) to stream to my Chromecast onto my tv. I tried to use a vpn and nba league pass to avoid blackouts but wasn’t tech savvy enough to get that to work. My way is free if not reliable and legal.

I use a cheap used Chromebook from ebay to watch the replays later. I use the guest account.BeenLurkin wrote: ↑Tue Oct 29, 2024 1:22 am Methstream or streameast. As recently noted, I'm an old man with cable.
So I'm canceling Xfinity... then sending the Gal Pal in 30 seconds later as a new customer... and that will save us about $100 every month. Then, we'll pony up for the package.
It's funny how most industries try to reward longtime customers, but Xfinity treats new customers infinitely better than the people they know are loyal and will pay. But shareholders, something something.

I would bet there is some sort of incentive for getting new customers. I bet there is no bonus etc for keeping new customers but wow look at all the new customers we got. How many were from the same address as old customers? No need to be concerned with that.AbeVigodaLive wrote: ↑Tue Oct 29, 2024 12:51 pm As recently noted, I'm an old man with cable.

Being so geographically isolated in the deep, dark reaches of the Pacific Ocean I use NBA League Pass. I love it. I can watch it anywhere, anytime and rarely have any issues.
