He's better than top 15. I'd put him in the top 3 to ever play along with Jordan and LeBron. The numbers he puts up and the skill level is ridiculous. This is now the 5th season in a row that he is simply the best player in the NBA.

I guess the only reason I hesitate putting him up there with Jordan and LeBron is that he doesn't have as many titles and hasn't been doing it as long.
