Kek is right that he's not a game manager type PG that is directing traffic and organizing everything to set up a play and get it to the main options. He IS a main option and makes plays off his aggressiveness, which is actually how most modern day NBA PGs play these days.

Why on earth did DDV feel like he had to go around that handoff screen!?! Rudy was pressed up, thus giving him space to navigate to go under. It also meant Rudy wasn't in a position to pick up his guy. Just so stupid.
